She is survived by: her son Tommy L. Thompson of Boston; her grandchildren, Dennis Vance of Woonsocket, RI, Layanna Stoke of Boston and Fantasia James of Boston; her siblings, Lilly Mae Gibson (Herman Gibson, Jr.) of Manning, Odessa Canty of Manning, Mary V. Wilson of Fall River and Sampson Thames of Boston; her nieces, Olana Wilson and Chantel Flowers; and her brothers-in-law, John Thompson, Jr. and Leroy Thompson. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
