She was predeceased by: her spouse Antero Medeiros Agostinho; her parents, Jose Pacheco Carouce and Piedade Paiva; and her brother Tiberio Pacheco. She is survived by: her children, Dinarte Agostinho, Valter Agostinho, Goretti Sousa and Dina Cooper; her children-in-law, Manny Sousa, Charlene Agostinho and Terry Cooper; her grandson-in-law Christopher Tabicias; her grandchildren, Shawn Sousa, Chelsea Sousa and Destanie Cooper; her great grandchildren, Timothy Maciel, Lucas, Shaun Torres, Mia Nova and Brayson Tejada; and her brother Jose Paiva Pacheco of Azores. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
