She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph J. Costa; and her parents, Joseph Ferreira and Angelina Ferreira (Garracha). She is survived by: her children, Joseph Costa Jr. (Robert Pruchniewicz) of Providence, Michael Costa (Michelle) of Tiverton, Donna Marie Costa of Tiverton and Sandra Lee Furtado (Kevin) of Lakeville; her sister Mary Oliveira of Tiverton; and her grandchildren, Olivia Lauren Coleman, Nicholas Costa and Tyler Joseph Jordan.
