She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Manuel Raposo Furtado and Luz Raposo (Rego); her children, Antonio Silva (Maria) of Fall River, Lourdes Martins (Victor) of Tiverton, RI, Jose Silva (Grace) of Fall River, Margarida Arruda (Joe) of Tiverton, RI and Odilia Fernandes (Jack) of Tiverton, RI; and her siblings, Joao Raposo of Hamilton, Jose Raposo of St. Michael, Azores, Conceicao Cordeiro of Hamilton, Senhorinha Raposo of St. Michael, Nomezia Campos of Fall River, Jacinto Raposo, Manuel Raposo and Luis Raposo. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
