She was predeceased by: her parents, Joao Raposo and Maria Teresa Cabral; her son Joao Carlos Fonseca (Teolinda); and her brother Eduardo Cabral. She is survived by: her children, Floriberto Fonseca (Serafina) of Swansea, Antonio Fonseca of Fall River and Eduardo Fonseca (Ana) of Fall River; and her brother Francisco Raposo. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
