She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Pedro and Maria Pedro (Aguiar); and her brother Joao Pedro. She is survived by: her husband John Mello; her daughters, Cherie Cidade (Jorge) of North Dartmouth and Felisha Mello (Joshua McAfee) of Fall River; her grandchildren, Alexis Ngo and Brayden McAfee; and her siblings, Amelia Espinola (Jose) of Fall River, Leonilde Cabral (Gabriel) of Fall River, Antonio Pedro (Eduarda), Jose Pedro (Maria) of Fall River, Alda Pedro and Margarida Machado. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
