Maureen Harnett Obituary
We announce the death of Maureen Harnett (Fall River, Massachusetts), who passed away on October 25, 2026, at the age of 96. Maureen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband William Harnett; her sons, Timothy Harnett (Patricia) of Middleborough, MA and Charles G. Harnett; and her sisters, Margaret Denton, Irene Conroy, Drusilla Boyes, Joan Kelley and Marilyn Medeiros.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Bardizian (late Charles) of Tiverton, RI, Judith Wyatt (William) of Hubert, NC and William Harnett of Portsmouth, RI.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waring-Sullivan Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Name Church (709 Hanover St, Fall River, MA 02720). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (2233 Robeson St, Fall River, MA 02720).
