He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Phillips (John) of Tiverton, RI; his granddaughters, Autumn-Rose Phillips and Amber-Skye Phillips; and his siblings, William Perry (Christine) of The Villages, Donald Perry (Linda) of Westport, Deborah Fay (John) of Somerset and Catherine Bergeron (Michael) of Tiverton, RI.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
