He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael P. Marchessault, Sr. and Elaine M. Lecuyer Fall River; his sister Tina Louise Marchessault; and his grandparents, Mary Savard, Adelard A. Giasson, Joseph and Alice Marchessault.

He is survived by: his stepfather Robert Lecuyer, Sr. of Fall River; his son Joseph Perreira of New Hampshire; his brother Robert Lecuyer, Jr. of Fall River; and his aunts and uncles, Patrica V. Hawes and Joseph Marchessault. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
