He is survived by: his father Jose Eduardo Botelho; his wife Karen Ebiwa (Robitaille); his sons, Tyler Michael and Trevor Michael Botelho; and his siblings, David, Lou, Eddie Botelho, Anna, Martha, Lina and Nellie Botelho. He is also survived by grandchildren; as well as his many nieces & nephews.
