He is survived by: his mother Maria Rego (Braga); his siblings, Clarisse Botelho (Duarte), Helena, Ricardo Costa, Victor Costa, Melinda Costa, Jose Costa, Cremilde Costa, David Costa and Jesse Rego; and his cousin Ana Carvalho.
