It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Bailey of Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive parents, Andrew, Catherine Bailey (O'Connell) and Caroline Graves (Cotton) of Peabody; his wife Marie Kirkman Bailey (Morais); his children, Richard Bailey Jr. (Regina) of Maine and Cindy Bailey Roy (Michael) of North Carolina; his stepson Devon Kirkman (Natalia Merhi) of New Bedford; his grandchildren, Evan, Seth Roy and Avery C Kirkman; and his siblings, Susan Graves Callahan of Milton, John Graves of Marshfield, Robert Graves of Peabody and Edward Graves of Lowell. He was also cherished by brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
