He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maynard (Pacheco); his children, Richard Maynard Jr. of Fall River, Carol Bouchard of Fall River and Cheryl Ebbesen of Fall River; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Jessica, Tasha, Jeremy Folger, Jessalyn, Jacob and Tyler Ebbesen. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
