He was predeceased by: his father Robert Bouchard; and his sister Darlene Lopez. He is survived by: his mother Loretta Carreira (Tavares); his sister Andrea Bouchard; and his stepsiblings, Steven and Christine. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, and nieces and nephews.
