He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert T. Carr and Doris G. Carr (Lannon); and his sister-in-law Joyce Deda. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn M. Carr (Deda); his children, Karen A. Elumba (Anthony) of Fall River, Cristin E. Carr of Framingham and Michael R. Carr (Amy) of Fall River; his grandchildren, Anna Elumba, Jack Elumba, Emily Carr and Lauren Carr; his brother Thomas F. Carr of Somerset; and his sister-in-law Judith Coyne of Lady Lake, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
