He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Maynard and Mary Maynard (Medeiros). He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Maynard; his daughters, Susan Pavao and Karen Lopes; and his grandchildren, Michael Pavao, Melissa Barbosa and Mya Lopes. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
