He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pacheco and Lucy O'Connell (Medeiros); and his brothers, Raymond Pacheco and Daniel O'Connell. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Pacheco (Costa); his children, Kenneth Pacheco (late Cheryl) of Randolph, MA, David Pacheco (Mirna Nieves) of Fall River, Cheryl Fay (Brian) of Fall River and Gary Pacheco of Fall River; his siblings, Carol Brickhill of Little Compton and Michael O'Connell of Seekonk, MA; and his grandchildren, Shawn Fay and Jesse Pacheco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
