He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Roger and Anna Victoria Catalan (Ferris); and his parents-in-law, Ernest and Gloria Solomon (Nassaney). He is survived by: his wife Donna Catalan (Solomon); his son Brandon A. Catalan (Jennifer); his sister Judith Catalan (David Faris); and his grandchildren, Ava Victoria, Harrison Daniel and Izabelle Marie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in his memory be made to Autism Speaks or Tunnels to Towers.
