He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis T. Silva and Irene T. Melo (Silva). He is survived by: his wife Helena Teixeira (Amaral); his daughters, Jocelyn (Teixeira), Souza (Jorge Pinero) and Jacquelyn Teixeira (Eric Pacheco); his granddaughter Tessa; his siblings, David Teixeira (Mary) and Maria Lemaire (Paul); his brother-in-law Arthur Amaral; and his friends, Steve DeMello and Tommy Medeiros. He is also survived by his daughters and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that plants be brought to the funeral to honor Roy's life.
