He was predeceased by: his son Sam Rim. He is survived by: his spouse Banyen Chea (Ong); and his children, Vibol Chea, Samol Chea (Phala Kuch), Sophia Samrith (Nuth), Terry Chea, Bunrith Chea (Vanna) of Fall River, Nimol Chea of Fall River, Resith Chea of Fall River and Vechatkar Chea of Fall River. He is also survived by many grandchildren, one sister and two nieces.
