It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharla E. Schweyer of Fall River, Massachusetts, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on August 18, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gibitz and Olga Gibitz (Keller); and her siblings, Thomas Thompson, Richard Gibitz and Dutch Gibitz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Janes (Mark) of Middletown and Sara Taber (Robert) of Dighton; her grandchildren, Miles St. John, Seamus Fennelly, Lauren Fennelly, Anna Janes and Madelyn Janes; her great grandchildren, Forest St. John and Athena St. John; and her sister Elinor Cooper (late Darrell) of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
