He is survived by: his wife Maria (Miranda) of Fatima; and his children, Fatima Coloura, John Faria, Maria of Luz Medeiros, David Faria, Sonia (Anjos), Helder Tavares, Natercia Tavares, Miron Faria and Jose Faria. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Oliveira Family Funeral Homes & Cremation Service - Columbia (215 Columbia St, Fall River, MA 02721). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Santo Christo Church (185 Canal St, Fall River, MA 02721).
