She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Jr. Moniz and Palmeda Moniz (Baldaia); her son Mark A. Jose (Kelly); and her siblings, Nancy Dykes, Leonard Moniz and Stephen Moniz (Daniel Moniz III).
She is survived by: her husband Arnold Jose; her sons, James M. Jose and Robert P. Jose (Lori); her grandchildren, Marissa Jesus, Randy Jose, Kaylin Jose and Ramon Jose; her great grandchildren, Emilio Jose and Everette Jose; and her brother Allen Moniz (Janet Mings). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home (1521 N Main St, Fall River, MA 02720). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the United Church of Assonet (9 N Main St, Assonet, MA 02702). The inurnment was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at the Assonet Burial Ground South Main.
