She was predeceased by: her husband Norman LaPlante; her parents, Alfred Boucher and Rose Boucher (Caron); her daughter Diane Ledoux; and her sister Agnes Matton.

She is survived by: her sons, Peter LaPlante and Paul LaPlante; and her siblings, Ernestine Gadourey, Rita Silvia, Joseph Boucher, Omer Boucher and Wilfred Boucher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
