She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice M. Ouellette; her parents, Arthur Pard and Rose Pard (Courcy); and her siblings, Arthur Pard, Robert Pard, Jeanne Audette, George Pard, Vincent Pard, Edmond Pard, Raymond Pard, Albert Pard, Richard Pard and Lucille Pard.
She is survived by: her children, Lucille Vital (late Paul) of Fall River, Deacon Maurice Ouellette (Teresa) of New Bedford, Paul Ouellette (Pauline) of Berkley and Madeleine Cote (Edward) of Fall River; her grandchildren, Marc Vital, Nathan Ouellette, Danielle Vital, Jared Ouellette, Alexandra Sipple (Christopher), Elise Ouellette and Nicholas Cote; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Avery, Adrianna, Skylar, Hayden, Olivia and Piper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
