We are sad to announce that, on May 2, 2020, Thomas Kozak (Fall River, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kozak and Eileen Kozak (Shea). He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Kozak (O'Donnell); his children, Bryan Kozak, Paul Kozak of Fall River and Jenny Kozak of Fall River; his siblings, Nancy Martin (Mike) of Fall River and Andrew Kozak (Karen) of Raleigh, NC; his nieces and nephews, Thomas, Charlie Martin of Fall River, Krista Kozak of Tennessee and Alex Kozak of Raleigh, NC; and his great-niece Faith Kozak.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, services will be held privately with the Hathaway Home for Funerals, Fall River.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Boys and Girls Club of Fall River, 803 Bedford St., Fall River, MA 02723.
