He is survived by: his children, Tom Smith (Sharon), Timothy Smith (Jayne) and Tammy Smith (Sean); his stepchildren, Sue Pevey (Ken), Lynn Minney (Michael) and Brian Kirk (Kelly); his sister Claudia Robichard; and his partner Beverlie Macaulay.
