He is survived by: his wife Melissa M. Nestor (Furtado); his mother Claudette D. Nestor (Caron); his sons, Ryan J. Nestor and Tyler P. Nestor; his sister Pamela A. Sears (Jerry Sears Jr); his nieces, Patricia Atwood, Taylor Furtado and Mia Sears; his nephew Dylan Furtado; his great-nephew Atlas Ahern; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Atwood (late Lauren (Furtado) Atwood), Michael Furtado (Kelly (Cosgrove) Furtado) and Melanie Furtado.
In lieu of sending flowers, Tim's family has asked for donations in Tim's memory be made to help support research for Juvenile Diabetes and Breast Cancer, two things that have affected them personally.
