He was predeceased by: his spouse Fortunata Suppappola; his parents, Domenico Suppappola and Speranza Suppappola (Pollana); and his sibling Alberico Suppappola. He is survived by: his children, Domenico Suppappola (Dale) and Anna Hannigan (Thomas); his grandchildren, Daniel Kirkpatrick, Lisa Laramy and Michael Suppappola (Azadeh); and his great grandchildren, Evan and Mila Suppappola. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
