He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lynch and Gertrude Lynch (Roberts); and his siblings, Thomas and Edward Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Joan L. Lynch (Wolowiec); his sons, William F. Lynch, Jr. of Fall River, Michael Lynch (Margaret) of Portsmouth, RI and Jeffrey P. Lynch of Fall River; his grandsons, Navy, Michael Lynch Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA, Patrick Lynch of Newport and Ryan Lynch of West Chester, PA; and his great grandchildren, Regan and Kenna.
