She was predeceased by: her husband Jeremiah J. O'Neill; and her parents, Quentin H. Banks and Ruth A. Banks. She is survived by: her children, B. Catherine O'Neill, Shawn K. O'Neill, Lynn A. O'Neill and Terrence M. O'Neill; and her siblings, Richard Banks, James Banks and Laurie Hull. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Chapman Funerals & Cremations - West Falmouth (584 W Falmouth Hwy, West Falmouth, MA 02574).
