He is survived by: his children, Sandra L. West (Dwain) of Falmouth, F. Daniel Van Allen of Falmouth and Deborah A. Appleyard of Falmouth; his grandchildren, Rebecca Boettcher (David), Christopher West (Erica), Timothy West (Danielle), Abigail Appleyard, Caleb Appleyard, Colin Appleyard, Caroline Appleyard, Sierra Van Allen (Jayda) and Sydney Van Allen; his great grandchildren, Logan Boettcher, Leah Boettcher, Cooper West and Hunter West; his sisters-in-law, Lois Van Allen and Theresa Van Allen; Carol. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
