We bid farewell to James F. Hazelton Jr. of Falmouth, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 7, 2025 at the age of 87. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Hazelton, Sr. and Marion Hazelton. He is survived by: his close friend Judith L. Dow of Osterville; his sisters, Catherine A. Moniz (Albert Moniz) of East Falmouth and Joan Sidell of Mesa, AZ; and his nephews, Gregory R. Moniz of East Falmouth, Jeffrey S. Fitzgerald of Mesa, AZ and Kevin R. Fitzgerald of Tampa.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Chapman Funerals and Cremations - Falmouth (475 Main St, Falmouth, MA 02540). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (511 Main St, Falmouth, MA 02540).
