He was predeceased by: his father Dr. David F. Gouveia. He is survived by: his mother Janice Ann Gouveia; his siblings, Susan Thomas (Fred), David Gouveia (Nancy) and Lisa Levesque (Peter); and his children, Isabel Eugenia and Jude Edward. He is also survived by his mother, siblings, and children, he leaves behind his many nieces and nephews, two great-nieces, and three great-nephews.
