She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Barker and Chester Barker; and her siblings, Susan Decatur and Chester Barker, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Thomas W. Perkins; her daughters, Diana Mahoney (Frank Mahoney) and Catherine Berlin (Brian Berlin); and her sister Carol Gates. She is also survived by grandsons, and 2 precious great grandsons.
