We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2021, at the age of 85, Socrates G. Pougaridis of Falmouth, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Pougaridis and Vasiliki Pougaridis; and his son Vasilis Pougaridis. He is survived by : his wife Maria Pougaridis; his children, Antonio "Tony" Pougaridis, Magdaline Gregoriardis (Stathi) and Emily Triagonnoupoulos; and his siblings, Andonis Pougaridis, Jimmy Pougaridis, Teddy Pougaridis and Ioanna Pougaridis. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

“Georgios Kosmidis and wife Karen Rose are sad to hear about the passing of Sokrates. He was a kind and gentle person who had the nicest smile. He is now in gods hands and will never suffer again for god will take care of him. Even though he is gone he is still in all of our hearts. We hope all of the family can get through this hard time and remember all the good times they had with him. We will miss him but are thinking about all of you. We send our love to all.”
