We bid farewell to Theresa (Lyons) McDonald of Falmouth, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 6, 2025 at the age of 86. Theresa touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul F. McDonald; her son Michael McDonald; and her sisters, Kathleen Lyons and Ann Reardon. She is survived by: her daughter Eileen McDonald; her grandchildren, Leah McDonald (John Crowley), James McDonald (Brianna Plescia) and Rachael Farnsworth (Casey); her great grandchildren, Savannah, Phoenix, Nora and Henry; and her siblings, Eileen Crowley and Francis Lyons. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the John J. O'Connor & Son Funeral Home (740 Adams St, Dorchester, MA 02122). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
