He is survived by : his daughter Molly Andreana Smith-Pena; his former life partner Teresa Ann Smith-Pena; his siblings, Bonnie Pena Kidwell, Wayne Pena, Robert Pena, Domingo Pena and Carlo Pena Jr.; and his close friend Frank Alfano (Susan Murphy).
