With solemn reverence, we commemorate Judith D. Jakubiec of Feeding Hills, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on February 13, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving behind cherished memories. Though Judith may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Judith touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her brother Joseph Jakubiec; her nephews, Edward Graziano and David Jakubiec; and her niece Brenda Dunley. She is survived by: her sister Jean Graziano (late Arnold Graziano); her niece Carla Hoctor; her nephews, Mark Jakubiec (Pam), Dean Wetherwax and A. Scott Graziano; and also Craig. She is also survived by nieces and great nephews and the many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Cemetery (1601 State St, Springfield, MA 01109).
