He was predeceased by: his parents, Primitivo Vega and Ignacia Villalongo-Baez. He is survived by: his wife Migdalia Velez; his children, Angel E. Vega of Groton, MA, Kayla Vega of Fitchburg and Breanna Vega of Fitchburg; his brother Jorge Vega of Puerto Rico; and his grandchildren, Noah Rodriguez, Aria George, Aziyah Vega and Matou Samb.
