He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Parkhurst and Melina Parkhurst (Jaillet); and his siblings, Ronald, Kathryn Boucher and Patricia Cropper.
He is survived by: his uncle Bee; his wife Jane (Kozlowski); his niece Becky (Erik Yi); his great-nieces, Kaylee, Lizzy and Addison; his nephew Ben (Arden Kazan); his niece Jennifer (Ben Walker); his great-niece Melina; his niece Lynda (Curt Doucette); and his nephews, Mark (Sandy Cropper) and Doug Cropper. He is also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law, and cousins.
