It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Catherine M. LaPrade of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 3, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Crand and Catherine Crand (Dawson); her husband Paul E. LaPrade; and her siblings, Irene Flynn, John, Richard, Thomas and David Crand.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah L. LeBlanc of Devens, Mark P. LaPrade (Marcelo Moura) of Boston, Toronto, Lynn A. LaPrade (Angela Bryan) of Attleboro, Melinda A. Collins (Dennis) of Fitchburg and Paula J. Chaban (William) of Gardner; and her brother Robert Crand (Nancy) of Sommers, CT. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
