He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley, Sr. Howe and Mary Howe (Vergari); his siblings, Ralph, Stanley Howe, Jr. and Olga Julius; and his pet Charlie.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Howe (Buckwalter) of Fitchburg; his children, Donna Uusitalo (Eric) of Fitchburg, Leslie Capone (Scott) of Westminster, Domenic Howe, Jr. (Patti Devine) and Tracey Howe; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Uusitalo (Michael Schultz) of Medina, Jordan Uusitalo (Anna) of Jaffrey, NH, Christopher Capone (Hollie) of Phillipston, Andrew Capone of Ayer, Justin Capone (Samantha Petracca) of Waltham, Matthew Howe, Maggie Howe of Fitchburg, Francesca Howe and Gracie Petit of Leominster; his great grandchildren, Jax Schultz, Olivia Uusitalo and Eliza Capone; and his sister Virginia Gaudet of Fitchburg.
