Doris leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Doris’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Doris will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis McDermott and Vappu Mae McDermott (Suojanen). She is survived by: her sons, Ernest (Brenda), Douglas (Sarah) and Martin (Marty); and her caregiver Leanne McCarthy. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
