She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry B. Smith and Ethel Smith (Johnson). She is survived by: her brother-in-law William Banks of Leominster; her nieces, Cheryl Carroll (Patrick) of Pepperell and Christina Melanson (Arnold) of Fitchburg; her nephew William Banks of Maryland; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Patrick, Sean, Brandon, Dakota, Ashton, Jon, Dominic and Kenneth.
