She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry B. Smith and Ethel Smith (Johnson). She is survived by: her brother-in-law William Banks of Leominster; her sibling's children, Cheryl Carroll (Patrick) of Pepperell, William Banks of Maryland and Christina Melanson (Arnold) of Fitchburg; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Patrick, Sean, Brandon, Dakota, Ashton, Jon, Dominic and Kenneth.
