He was predeceased by: his parents, John LeBlanc and Delia LeBlanc (Goguen). He is survived by: his wife Elaine LeBlanc (Paradis); his son Norman LeBlanc (Deb Krauss); and his grandson Shayne Morse LeBlanc. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
