Harry F. Downes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harry F. Downes (Fitchburg, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his sister Joan Frigoletto (Downes); his children, Deidra Zarrella of Bourne, Gregory Downes of Ashburnham and Kelley Dyment (Todd) of Bolton; his grandchildren, Casey Downes (Maddie), Maddison Williams (Daniel), Zoey, Tatum Dyment, Bianca, Dominique, Zachary and Giavanna Zarrella; and his great grandchildren, Theo, Cooper and Ruby Williams.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Brandon Funeral Home (305 Wanoosnoc Rd, Fitchburg, MA 01420). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Camillus de Lellis Church (333 Mechanic St, Fitchburg, MA 01420).
