We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2023, at the age of 86, Hector J. Richard of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, born in Richibucto Village, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore Richard and Osithe Richard (Babineau); his wife May Richard (Blanchard); and his sister Gisele Bourgeois of Ontario. He is survived by : his sons, Robert Richard of Leominster, MA and Paul Richard (Sheri) of Ayer, MA; his grandchildren, Derek Richard (Meagan) of Lunenburg, MA, Joshua Richard of Leominster, MA and Kirstin; his great grandchild Dylan Richard of Lunenburg, MA; his siblings, Germaine Gauvin (Pete) of Moncton, N. B., Florie (Doris) of Bouctouche, N. B., Eugere of Moncton, N. B., Roger (Rosa) of Richibucto Village, N. B., Paul (Bernice) of Richibucto Village, N. B. and Maurice (Gisele) of Moncton, N. B.; and his brother-in-law Henry of Ottawa, Ontario. He is also survived by his children, siblings, nieces and nephews, but mostly his grandchildren.
