He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Girouard. He is survived by: his wife Kathaleen Girouard (Wilder); his mother Arlene Josephine Girouard (Jazakewicz) of Gardner; his daughters, Stephanie Girouard (James Roncarati) of Westfield, MA, Jennifer Girouard of Phillipston, Jessica Tervo (Jeremy Hart) of Winchendon and Amy Allen (William Allen) of Gardner; and his grandchildren, Bradley, Tanner, Carter, Beckett and Nora.
