He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Garcia and Juanita M. Garcia (Lopez); his siblings, Robert Leroy Garcia and Surilda Tocci (DeeDee); and his stepbrother Jason Garcia.
He is survived by: his brother Ernest Garcia; his sister-in-law Elaine Garcia; and his sisters, Genevieve Riggins Grey, Sylvia Pepin (Tony Pepin) and Debra Sesia (Paul Sesia). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
